Food is a focal point of our lives
here. Its production drives our days and brings us together in work,
keeping us in close connection with land, living things, wild
weather and the idea of cooperation. Its consumption brings us together in
celebration and relaxation at the end of the day. We produce an ever
growing proportion of what we eat, and harvest wild foods.
Many nationalities means that we have the chance to experience the
wonderful varieties of ways in which the same ingredients might be
