Yurt for rent
MONGOLIAN YURT
We have a beautiful, traditional,
hand painted Mongolian yurt for rent between April and September. In a
secluded position with a stunning view across a small uninhabited
valley.
The yurt has a wood burning
stove, 3 single beds or 1 double, 1 single (with bedding) and 2 extra mattresses (if
required) Guests must bring their own bedding for these or hire it at
£10/person . There is a small gas burner for making tea and coffee and
a fire pit just outside. It is 19' diameter. Fire wood for the wood
burner is included in
the price. Tea lights, in hanging lanterns provide a soft lighting.
There is no electricity.
Peak season prices (15 July
-September 10). £375/week or £250/weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun nights) or
midweek( Mon, Tues, Weds and Thurs nights).
April till end of September
outside peak season £250/week or £150/weekend (Fri, Sat and Sun
nights) or midweek (Tues, Weds, Thurs, and Fri nights).
SMALL YURT
We also have a 12' yurt, which is
ideal for solitary retreats, built in Wales of local oak. £150/week peak season , £100/week
at other times. Weeks run Saturday to Saturday. The yurt has a single
bed (bedding provided), wood burner (wood provided) and small fire pit
outside. There are tea lights for lighting.
COOKING and WASHING
There is a compost loo and
solar/wood heated shower in our camp field nearby and flush loos
in the farmyard. The kitchen/Dining room is a converted bus. It
is kitted out with gas stove, cooking utensils, sink, tables and
chairs
